Exxon Mobil says World is Not on a Path to Net Zero by 2050
Is this another delay technique?
Earlier this week, Exxon Mobil responded to a shareholder proposal to value the costs of having to abandon its carbon intensive fossil fuel projects. It said that, in its view the world is not on a path to reach Net Zero emissions, and hence it would not abandon its projects.
